Shipping & Returns

Shipping
UK – Shipping is FREE ON ALL ORDERS, we may use Royal Mail or a different courier depending on the weight of your order.  All orders are shipping with a tracking number which will be given to you once the order has left us.  Please allow 1-3 days for you order to be delivered.

International – We can ship your order to any address in the world.  Shipping is charged and varies depending on the weight of your total order, the shipping charge will be calculated at the checkout.  We use Royal Mail for our international orders, you will have the option to have your order shipped via land or air during the checkout process.  All orders are shipping with a tracking number which will be given to you once the order has left us.  Please allow 3-5 days for you order to be delivered.

Orders are shipped on business days only; these are Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you would like your order changed after you have placed it then please contact us via email as soon as possible and we will do our best to meet your request, however depending on when the item was packed then it may not always be possible to cancel or change an order. To find out the status of your order you can log in to your account area and if the order has not been packed or dispatched then we can cancel the order for you.

Returns
If you wish to return any items to us that you have bought you may do so if the following conditions are met:

  1. You have not used the products
  2. You return them to us within 30 days of your original purchase
